The friendly Host. Dario was the owner of the apartment. He is very friendly. He welcomed us and showed us the apartment. He also gave suggestions for a place to eat and was always available to answer your questions.
The Location. If you are in for a shopping vacation in Serravalle Designer Outlet, this place is perfect. I was also in for a surprise, because actually the area is beside an old church. It gives an Italian nostalgia feeling. There are also a lot of pizzeria nearby. We walked for 3 minutes, and ended up with a delicious Pinsaria (roman pizza).
The Apartment. The apartment is huge and very CLEAN! It’s complete with everything you need. It’s very clean and every fixture is well thought of. The bathroom is modern and newly renovated. You will also enjoy a tv with YouTube pre installed and Netflix.
The Parking. I was allocated with one parking in an enclosed area of the compound. So you do not have to worry about the safety and security if your car.
Would definitely come back here!

Good value for price! Spacious with two separate rooms, bathroom and kitchen. Easy to find free parking right outside the apartment. Perfect for our one night stay with, four people.
The apartment is wonderful, very spacious, clean and has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedroom is very large, the beds are comfortable. There are parking spaces right in front of the building. Serravalle Outlet Village is a 10-minute drive away. Our stay was very pleasant and special and we would gladly visit again. Parking near by for free. Washing machine and dryer were in apartment. Breakfast included. Everything what you need for the stay was present. Watter bottles and milk in the fridge 😁
The host is very friendly and attentive, helped with parking. The apartment is nice and cozy, perfectly equipped. The location is also great, there are many restaurants and a supermarket around. And pretty close to Serravalle Designer Outlet!

Nothing. Absolutely tiny supposed loft apartment with a shower a grown adult can’t even wash their hair in as there isn’t room to raise your arms. There’s no room to even sit straight on the toilet. The ladder to the loft bed is frankly dangerous, and the whole place smelt of sewage. Don’t be misled by the photos on the site which mainly show another larger apartment they have. the so called “Romantic Loft” is not fit for habitation.
