Let's start with the exceptional staff Alexandra Almas as well as Yvonne were charming and extremely helpful The apartment was large, bright, 'super clean' good quality kitchenware Matress was perfect with luxury quality sheets and plenty of towels We loved the balcony with it's privacy looking out on a lovely garden The elevator was a plus the easiness to use the thermostats and the quiet of the building made our stay so outstanding that we are planning to return again next year Pringy is very close to Annecy and I don't think the location could be better It was just PERFECT

Residence Florimontane is located a 20-minute walk from Lake Annecy, 200 metres from the golf course and 400 metres from the Planfait paragliding site. The Hosts were extremely nice and helpful

Les Loges Annecy Vieille Ville offers 5-star, self-catering apartments set in the heart of Annecy’s historical district just 200 metres from Annecy lake, near shops, restaurants and bars. Everything was very good - we have stayed in both apartments here and both are fantastic. Location is perfect.

Facing Lake Annecy, Cote Ouest is a 15-minute drive from Annecy Train Station. It offers self-catering accommodation, free Wi-Fi throughout, and a continental breakfast is available at a supplement. Wonderful lake view. Very clean, some welcome treats left. No in person contact, but if needed always in touch through sms. Just on the lake, all the activities on site, like ebike rental. Enough parking spaces for all the apartments. Would recommend to everybody. Hope to come back next year.

Situated 100 metres from both Lake Annecy and Sevrier Rowing Club, L'Aurore du Lac offers self-catering apartments. Annecy Old Town is an 18-minute drive away. Seemed like a brand new house for us, had everything needed. 4,5 bathrooms is more than needed but always welcomed. All clean and a good location.

Les Z'hirondelles is just 1.7 km from the centre of Annecy, near the Old Town and the SNCF Train Station. Its furnished apartments are a 10-minute drive from Lake Annecy. It was really beautiful place and very beautiful house. It fits to our needs. Location is a bit far from everything, but it’s silent place.
