Very good apartment in a nice area. Plenty of good bars and restaurants to choose from. Checking in was very easy as I was provided with very clear instructions.
The 3-storey residence with lift is located in the city centre, opposite the Parc Ducontenia is close to the pedestrian streets.

Location is excellent: you could walk to the beach both through the town and accross the hill. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Private parking (available for extra fee) is very good and convenient.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Definitely recommend eating in the restaurant and having breakfast at the hotel. We were impressed with the food, hotel service and the rooms were adequately comfy and clean.
Around 10 minute walk of Biarritz Airport and number 36 bus gets you into town centre
As always, a lovely stay. As a regular guest I can usually request an apartment which I have previously stayed in,or which has the same view, etc - staff are always accommodating. Having stayed in other (horrendous) apartments rented by another company, and other hotels, the Mer et Golf and just one other aparthotel in the city centre are now the only places I will ever book. The refurbished apartments are lovely, and this time had new pillows which were extremely comfortable and made a big difference to my sleep!
The location is excellent, a short walk to the town centre and the beaches. If you are taking the self catering option there are shops and bakeries within a very short walk.
The reception staff were helpful and charming. The room was large and had good facilities and a fantastic view over the sea. We were not expecting self catering facilities but were delighted to be able to use them to make snacks. We were allowed to park our car in the hotel car park which was convenient and provided some safety.
Probably the best value self catering studio flat I have experienced, a very reasonable size with seperate sleeping area and good size balcony, with sea views.
Great spacious new apartment with great facilities in a fabulous location. Outdoor and indoor pool and sauna are great. Fabulous balcony on the 5th floor with amazing views of San Sebastian.
