Set in Isando, 20 km from Johannesburg, City Lodge Hotel at OR Tambo International Airport boasts an outdoor pool and fitness centre. Every room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Easy access to the city lodge and the fact that the kitchen was on at after 10pm when whole of airport restaurants couldn't serve food due to power outage.

Southern Sun offers luxury rooms with a contemporary design. It features an outdoor pool, bar area and a buffet restaurant called Bernoulli’s. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Protea Hotel by Marriott O R Tambo Airport is situated in Kempton Park, 3.5 km from the O.R Tambo International Airport and and 1 km from the Rhodesfield Gautrain Station. Everything was wonderful, but the staff deserve a particular mention. All so friendly and helpful.

Dove’s Nest is located less than 2 km from OR Tambo Airport and offers a free airport shuttle. It offers a breakfast room overlooking the garden and spacious guest rooms. The distant to the airport is not big and the airport shuttle was very well arranged. Also the communication with Dove's Nest was very good, the rooms were clean and the beds were good. We also like the breakfast very much. And the friendly staff is fantastic. We sure come back next time!

Airport Inn offers a free shuttle service to and from OR Tambo International Airport, 4 km away. The shuttle is extremely convenient. It's very cheap, they can increase the price, I will still stay there. Feel welcome.

This hotel offers modern rooms with flat-screen TV and an outdoor pool in a cosy courtyard. Good size parking area, room was tidy, good quality bedding. I enjoyed that Garden court is maintained to a good standard. Friendly staff

Premier Hotel O.R. Tambo offers rooms with a satellite TV and free WiFi. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle to O.R. Tambo Airport and Rhodesfield Gauteng Station. the room style we had booked became unavailable so the staff bumped us up to an executive suite which was so unexpected but mades us fans forever. Room was luxurious with separate work and sitting area as well as beautiful bathroom. We only stayed one night and ate at their buffet for dinner which was plentiful and tasty and well managed. The next day they allowed us to hang out by their pool until we left for the airport. One our best hotel stays ever. keep it up.
