The Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Prospect Heights is located just 9 miles from O’Hare International Airport. The hotel offers a fitness centre and lounge. Free WiFi access is available. Great location for me working and flying out of the airport. it was very clean, well maintained. the staff were friendly. even with an arrival in around midnight-1am they were kind very helpful and gave me a nicer room as I was staying longer. after long days was always a good feeling to go back to.

Hello, It was a great experience for me. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I only had problems with the wifi, but Ahiman, one of the hotel staff, helped me a lot with this. I had booked a king room, but when I wanted to change my room due to wifi, they transferred me to a higher level room without charging a fee. The hotel is generally very clean and the rooms are spacious. It is close to public transportation and also has a parking lot for those with a vehicle. It was a good experience overall. I would like to thank Ahiman very much. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. And if there was any , nobody told us. My next stay I inquire about the service of breakfast and the reception.
