Maten är fantastik och ofta gjord på utmärkta råvaror. Taipei101 och de gamla hamnkvarteren är väl värda ett besök. Lätt att ta sig fram med lokaltrafik även om taxi/Über är relativt billigt. Besök gärna nattmarknaderna som ofta är livliga och öppnar kl 18 och erbjuder lokal mat, spel och shopping. Prova gärna den lokala whiskeyn. Vill man besöka andra delar av Taiwan finns HSR som på ca 2 timmar tar en till södra delen av Taiwan till en rimlig peng.
