With mountain views, 聚一夏民宿 is located in Jiali and has a restaurant and luggage storage space. The property has quiet street views and is 5.9 km from Pine Garden and 20 km from Liyu Lake. Spotless clean property. Big and functional room. Bit in middle of nowhere so need a car. Taroko NP not too far so we used it as a base for hiking there. Also beautiful, very quiet beach nearby I would recommend to stop by. Owner doesn’t speak English but she is very friendly and manages very well with phone translator. She recommended us good food options in town. Our favourite was little pasta place just one block away from hotel. Do not miss it once there.

The location was a little bit out of town but it’s easily accessible from the nearest bus station. The hotel was clean and really comfortable. The staff was helpful and easy to check in. The view from the balcony was exceptional.

The queen size bed is highly comfortable with a good selection of TV channels. Owner James and Manager Joey took care of my wife and I extremely well. They were attentive to our needs, and suggested couple friendly activities to do in the area. They even provided us with a complimentary couple photo shoot. On the first day, our flight to Taipei got delayed, and we missed our original train. We had to take. the last train out of Taipei, reaching at 3am. We were so worried that we will have no transport, and our auto roaming calls were not working. Yet we saw James faithfully waiting for us at the train station, knowing that we were on the last train. We also requested for recommendations to attend church service, and James even brought us to church. We love the home style breakfast prepared by Joey as well. It’s my third time in Hualien, and one of my most enjoyable, and the people in this property played a big part in it.
