It was a bit cold at night but we put on a few more clothes so it was fine. We had a fridge, a water boiler, tea and biscuits set for us as well as tea cups sugar and spoons etc.

We slept there only for one night on our journey to Croatia. Owner is very nice person, sleeping was cozy, with a/c, clean. We appreciated kids playground outside and restaurant (open for dinner).

Located in Rače, the recently renovated Apartma Velesa offers accommodation 15 km from Maribor Train Station and 21 km from Ptuj Golf Course. This was one of the best stays we ever had. The flat has everything you can dream of and the host is generous and helpful. There is no way to find every available accommodation on a single stay. Every day we found new things in there. You can bake a muffin listening to a USB mixtape left on the radio and exercise after. The location allowed us to visit a variety of places all around on bikes, by car and by train. Please be nice to Tomaž - he is a gem.
