We had a wonderful, cozy and relaxing time. We were welcomed and greeted by the owners (Denise and Stephan). Hospitality definitely 5+ stars!! We were served a full (buffet style) breakfast that Denise brought out to us in the morning in her boat. And a delicious, homemade dinner that was also brought out to our Sky Hut. We sat and soaked up the sun on our personal deck while taking in the splendid vista surrounding us. (Expect the unexpected)

The Lakeside House in Lapland was really a great and lovley place to stay - close to the lake, in the middle of nature, and surrounded by snow-covered trees. Although we arrived late, the cottage was easy to find with Bart's description. During our stay we enjoyed to sit in front of the cosy fireplace and watch some moose passing by. Bart also helped us out with the equipment for snowshoeing and cross-county skiiing. After these activities the sauna was a perfect place to relax. Many thanks for this unforgettable experience!
