Lisa is a kind host, she organised everything perfectly despite of a last minute booking. Like the name suggests, the place is truly enchanting. It has homely vibes and felt like a cosy haven. It's super clean, beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Lisa is proactive and helpful. She got the heater running before we arrived, which we really appreciated as the weather was chilly and that made the place warm and inviting. Spa was a great addition after a long day of driving and ferry ride. We arrived late in the evening, despite of this Lisa was happy to get the spa ready so we could jump in and relax. Absolutely loved our stay here. Highly recommend.

The property was much larger than expected and the views are spectacular. We were only there for 12 hours and I wish it was a longer stay. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The view from the cottage was one of the many highlights of our stay, including a loaf of freshly baked bread upon arrival and lots of goodies in the refrigerator! The cottage was beautiful, well appointed and had a great deck and a hot tub. We were especially appreciative of the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. When it became obvious that the Inter-Islander Ferry from Picton to Wellington would not be running as scheduled for our onward journey, our hosts helped us arrange alternate air travel and delivered us to the airport in Blenheim. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was just as we wanted it to be. Very clean, had lovely bedding, very well equipped in all respects. Suited our needs perfectly. A longer stay would have been ideal. Very friendly owner who also owned the nearby bar and restaurant. Lovely food at reasonable prices. We'll book again, when we take the ferry.

Easy to get to after hopping off the midnight ferry from Wellington, and a text confirmed my room since it was after check in time. Heater was on, room was toasty and cozy!
