Fitzherbert Court Motel is in the centre of Hokitika, close to bars and restaurants and just one minute’s walk from the beach. Guests receive a free morning newspaper. Room was spacious, tidy and clean. Very comfortable bed and nice heating for the room (heater, electric blanket, heated towel rail). Love that it was a separate toilet in the bathroom. Close drive to town centre and Hokitika town map from motel manager was very handy.

Nestled in a garden landscape, Shining Star offers self-contained beachfront chalets with free WiFi and a private balcony just steps from clear blue waters. Nice cabin that was clean and well equipped. Good spot for a night or a few days

Annabelle Motel is located in Hokitika, only a 10-minute walk from a beach and the town centre with restaurants and cafes. The Hokitika River is located nearby and offers popular fishing. Great room great spa, great staff
