Airport and immigration difficulties made us have to cancel our original booking, but the staff helped us accommodate in another room. They also guaranteed me there would be no cancelation fee, and gave us another room for the night at a discount. This really saved the night for my family and I.

I didn't stay in this spot but I did stay in a Sama Sama. I got a reservation at the wrong airport. The Sama Sama at the airport where I landed was exceptional.
