We arrived late in the evening and had a flight the next morning. Location was perfect, close to the airport and brand new. We booked a double room as there were no twin rooms available online. But upon arrival they gave us a twin room. The shuttle service was already fully booked, but when we wanted to leave and asked for a taxi, the receptionist still managed to get us on the shuttle. Excellent service, much appreciated.

They helped me to cash out so I can eat in one of the many restaurants around. It's also possible to extend the stay for 10 myr an hour. The shower was amazing. This place is meant for sleeping resting, not hanging out, therefore there is no common area. But if you need to have a good rest between or before the flight, it's perfect. The pods offer the best sleep possible. Also, the KL is 2 hours away from the airport, which is too far for a few hours rest. So this hostel is in a really good location.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room and they had an iridescent center-piece. They have gym in the hotel which is a plus for me and I managed to get my yoga workout done. The common area shower room has steam bath function as well. It was perfect for my stay as I had a long layover and wasn't feeling up for heading down to town (which apparently takes anywhere from 40 mins - 1.5 hours).
