Me and my fiancée have been fortunate enough to travel together many hotel locations across the globe, Nuwa Macau is hands down the best hotel we have stayed at. You’re suddenly greeted by a luxurious entrance and the main lobby elegant decor. We recently celebrated my fiancée’s birthday and our engagement at this hotel and for both occasions the staff out did themselves offering complimentary room decorations, cakes and wines to make our special occasions the more memorable. Ms Man and her colleagues were very accommodating and helped us with all our queries in a timely fashion, they helped us with dinner reservations, transport reservations to Hong Kong, Disney land reservations, and also helped us with local itineraries. The views from the suite were breath taking especially during night time with lighting on the Eiffel Tower, Big Ben tower, Venetian Macao, the suite was cleaned twice per day once in the morning and a second time in the evening preparing for bedtime and it was beautifully scented. Everything about this hotel oozed class, a special thanks to the Philippine concierge gentleman Leonardo who always helped us whenever we needed any assistance and always conducted his work with a smile on his face and displayed great friendliness, highlighting how much he enjoyed his job and lastly a big thank you to Arvin, Joseph and Thomas from house keeping for the excellent work during the week. On our future trips to Macau, this beautiful hotel is the only choice. Highly recommend!!!!

Located on the Cotai Strip, MGM Cotai offers diverse and unique accommodation in Macau. I had a bad skin allergy during the trip, we intended to go A&E but we were concerned about the covid situation at the hospital. We called up customer service to enquire on the opening hours of Macau hospital and a lovely polite girl prompted further on why we needed to visit the hospital and informed us that the hotel actually has an in-house doctor who is able to assist us! The hotel called us a couple of times to ask and confirm symptoms and drug allergies. Shortly after, in-house doctor came to my room, he was accompanied by 3 hotel staff, doctor was really attentive and had a look again at my skin allergy before he gave me the pills and cream he prescribed based on the earlier phone conversations. I feel very touched and it is obvious that the hotel took this matter seriously. The hotel staff also told me to ring up the hotline if I need any ice bag or further assistance and they are more than happy to help. I highly recommend the hotel and definitely look forward to stay again when I next visit Macau!

Die Mischung aus modernen Hochhäusern und Bauten im Kolonialstil machen Macau zu einer einzigartigen und sehenswerten Stadt. Mit den kostenfreien Hotel-Shuttles der großen Hotels am Cotai Strip ist es sehr leicht, sich die verschiedenen Stadtteile anzuschauen. Besonders die kleinen Gassen in Taipa, der A-Ma Tempel und der schön angelegte Lou Lim Ioc Garden haben uns sehr gefallen. Als Vegetarier findet man hier übrigens auch sehr gutes Essen, bspw. ein Snack bei Café Ting Ting :-)
Historisches Flair von Macau, der Cotai-Strip mit gigantischen Hotels, die Natur abseits der Touristenpfade mit Wandermöglichkeiten.
Macau und Taipa sind sehenswert. Leider ist vielen Hongkong-Reisenden Macau nur eine Tagestour wert. Macau ist sehr reizvoll. Wir waren inkl. Macau GP eine komplette Woche da und das war genau richtig
Gute Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten - kann man eventuell auch an einem oder zwei Tagen ablaufen. Wer wie wir die Casinos meidet findet mit dem Fernsehturm und einem Ausflug nach Taipa bzw. den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt genügend Alternativen. Aber mehr wie drei Tage sind nicht zu empfehlen, außer man plant noch weiter entfernte Punkte anzusteuern.
Die Altstadt ist ein interessantes Zeugnis der portugiesischen Vergangenheit, allerdings äußerst überfüllt. Spannend ist die Mischung aus Glitzerpalästen und kleinen Orten im Grünen wie Coloane Village.
sehr angenehm , toller Kontrast zwischen dem alten Macau und der neuen Casino - Stadt mit der Las Vegas Kopie ( Venezia , Parisian , Winn etc. ) . Sehr nette , hilfreiche Menschen .
