We recommend this apartment. It's a bit away from the city center and you have to go by car, but Tivat is place on the coast and that's normal. You have a small beach near the apartment, if you are lazy to go on other ones which require a car drive. Apartment has its own fenced private parking which is great. Anyway great experience.
