Offering a barbecue and spa centre, Charming Lao Hotel is situated in Ban Chéng. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free WiFi is provided and free private parking is available on site. Check in was great and staff lovely overall. Breakfasts nice and the kitchen did a good job with a nice variety.

This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. The rooms were beautiful and I felt like I was sleeping in the jungle. The walk up to the falls was fun and exhilarating. The breakfast was delicious from the omelettes, to the chocolate croissants to veggies to the beautiful location while eating. The staff is sweet. The food is reasonable priced for such a nice resort.

What we liked at Mandala Ou in Nong Khiaw? Everything!! It is such a nice place to stay, really cosy furnished bungalows, with a infinity pool and relaxing chairs to look over the river Ou and the jungle on the other side. And: it is the perfect service, hospitality and empathy of Nic, his wife and the entire team!!! So: there are good reasons to come back to Mandala Ou soon after 4 days this time and three days in 2020!

The property was in a great location, walking distance from all the main areas and restaurants. The room was extremely clean and large with a very big bathroom. The room had a lovely balcony which looked out onto the Nam Ou River. It is great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Good value for money. Very basic but perfect if you just want a clean place to sleep. Very clean, one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in Thailand. The young man that runs this place is super helpful and chatty. Just book it!

Perfect location looking a river and mountains, Helpful staff the breakfast was excellent and we loved the coffee and fruit which accompanied it. I'll go back here again for sure!
