Grand Hyatt Incheon is a 5-star business hotel, just a 3 minutes’ drive away from Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and a 15 minutes' drive away from Terminal 2. Staff were kind and helpful, room is very spacious and everything was clean and tidy. The room was stocked up with everything needed and the bath was absolutely amazing.

Very easy self check-in and very good interaction via sms with staff people for any need. It's perfect if you arrive late at night or you leave early. It was very silent and warm. The view at the seaside was great! Wonderful experience!

After landing very late, I stayed there for one night. There was no issue with check-in late (after midnight). There is a free shuttle bus stop in front of the hotel. The amenities are in good shape. The fully equipped bathroom is a great addition. The bed itself is a futon style bed, which is OK. There is heating in the room, too. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful.

It’s beautiful & Lux. The loo in the room was life changing! Bed was super comfortable & room service breakfasts were soo good This hotel is amazing & would happily stay here again it’s also super close to the airport with a free shuttle bus to & from the airport that runs regularly. The staff we interacted with were all amazing & helpful and thankfully spoke excellent English which was a lovely surprise as my Korean is limited to numbers, hello & thank you. We loved it here.
