Hotel Okura Kobe ตั้งอยู่ริมน้ำและตั้งอยู่ห่างจากแหล่งช้อปปิ้ง Motomachi เป็นระยะทาง 500 ม. - I stayed in the hotel with 2 babies (< 1 year) for 4 weeks when my family first arrived in Japan and searching for apartments. - The hotel provides cribs which is a big plus and has self-operated washing/drying machines (2 machines, free to use, each usage 2.5 hour limit, check with bell captain to obtain the key). The paid laundry service is also excellent. - It also has spacious public spaces so we can still stroll with the baby when it is rainy. - Staff are friendly and I asked them for help to make reservations in Japanese when one of the babies had a fever. - We had to make a lot of Amazon orders of baby waters, diapers, etc. and it was a very smooth experience to receive those packages from the bell captain. For heavy items, hotel staff will bring them to the room. - The Chinese restaurant (3rd floor) and the bakery at the lobby-level cafe are nice. - The hotel has 2 elevators at the east/west far end of the lobby level for pedestrian access in addition to the free shuttle service. - Closest train station: JR Motomachi (10~12min walk), Hankyu Hanakuma (12~15min walk)

The location is very good. The nearest station is just 5 mins walk and there are plenty of restaurants around. The front desk could communicate in English.
