Federico did a great job with the restoration, and has a gorgeous collection of old and new furnishings & art. It was a delight to stay there. The sun room area for breakfast was very enjoyable and complemented an excellent breakfast. The location is close to both Perugia and Assisi. Federico is a super host, very informative and helpful with suggestions of places to visit other than the most obvious attractions in the area - even suggesting a hot spring spa for us on our way to Siena. Brava!

The location is stunning, very big swimming pool where my children spent most of the time, a huge green area that is also very helpful when you have small children but also can be used by customers to relax. The owner are very nice and they helped us with everything we needed, from issues with the apartment to advice for places to visit around the area. Very nice experience for the all family. 100% recommended
