I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff was incredibly kind, always greeting us with a smile and a positive attitude. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable, and our room’s balcony had an amazing view, which made the experience even more special. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast, which was not only delicious but also well-prepared each morning.

Marko is the friendliest and most helpful host. He went out of his way to recommend us places to eat and visit. He even helped us get home when we got lost in forli. The room is very pleasant, clean and really pretty. Bed comfy, and tasty breakfast. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city or a base to visit Rimini or Ravenna? This is the place for you. 10/10 would recommend and visit again

Shared bathroom and kitchen, with only three rooms in the apartment—I hardly ran into any neighbors. The area is calm and quiet. I liked everything. Perfect value for money for a stay of a couple of nights. The owners were very polite, responded promptly to my messages, and were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
