Filippo and his partner are fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble. The dome is fab, very alternative, great experience. Everything has been thought of from a range of lotions and potions, popcorn machine, TV and outside the jacuzzi which unfortunately I didn't have the time to use. Being on my own without transport I was offered to spend the evening at a local festa with them both which was lovely. Then Filippo took me back to the airport at 4.15am the next morning without any problem at all. It was so appreciated.

Todo fue perfecto, pasamos las vacaciones en el sur de cerdeña y tenia una ubicación muy buena, además el pueblo de san sperate era muy tranquilo y todas sus calles tenian murales pintados muy bonitos, facil acceso para aparcar y con establecimientos alrededor, se encontraba a 20 minutos del centro de cagliari y Dave fue muy amable y atento con nosotras, tuvimos un pequeño problema y nos lo soluciono todo muy rápido.

Very clean and modern apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts provided many things including tea and coffee, a beer, some fruit and other snacks and even included some toiletries. The hosts were also very responsive to our needs. The location was perfect - close to a supermarket, cafes and restaurants, public transport and an easy walk around the village to view the many great artworks. Very comfortable stay and could have easily stayed longer.

Muy cómoda la habitación, nueva y amplia para dos personas. Tal cual las fotos. Fueron muy amables y serviciales. Tuvimos problemas con el wifi y lo resolvieron. El patio donde se sirve el desayuno es muy lindo también.

Sometimes when we take a holiday it's not the property or the places we stay that make the difference, It's the people. A week before I was due to arrive at Le Terre Cotte I received a WhatsApp message from Francesca, the owner and host. Providing a detailed pinned location on Google maps and a photograph so I could find the property. Trust me it was required. If you've never been before you'd not find it. Francesca is learning English, so between her own efforts and that of Google Translate we got along just fine. She then became my host, concierge and tour guide over the entire duration of my stay. Booking me a table at a local restaurant, advice on where to park and eat in Cagliari, the best beaches to visit, idea's for day trips (caves, city tours). Her efforts undoubtedly made my stay far better than it would have been had I been left to my own devices. She managed all this without making it feel at all intrusive. Along with her husband and kids I've never felt more welcome in somebody's "guesthouse" before. The property itself was well cared for and clean with all the facilities you need and expect. Francesca clearly takes pride in her property. You will need a hire car if you're going to stay here, it's out of the way. That's the reason I chose it. On my last day there, I spent the afternoon and evening by the pool and on the terrace watching the sun go down and listening to the wide variety of animals that the neighbours own, including what sounded like Peacocks! It is the most calm and relaxed I've been for some time. Exactly what I was looking for and more. Thank you for a wonderful stay Francesca.
