The staff, including the manager/owner, were completely unprofessional. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, and our arrival time had been communicated to the manager/owner beforehand. However, they did not honor our booking and sold our reserved rooms offline. Instead, they offered us the option to pay more for rooms in a different category. After a lengthy argument, they agreed to provide rooms in the different category at the booked price. Despite this, they insisted on charging extra for additional mattresses, even though our reservation was for 9 people and should have included these mattresses. Moreover, they demanded full payment for four nights in the middle of the night. I complied and paid the full amount, but they failed to provide the extra mattresses. Consequently, I had to cancel the booking and request a refund. We spent two sleepless hours in the middle of the night dealing with this issue. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
