The hotel is 300 metres from the terminal building at Newcastle Airport and a 15-minute Metro ride from Newcastle city centre. It has free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and a cocktail bar. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and attentive. A staff member who saw me struggling with my luggage helped me right into the airport itself. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Situated in the Newcastle Airport district of Ponteland, Stone Cottage features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy garden views. The location was good, as we travelled from Australia, it was 5 minutes from the Airport, and a short walk to a Pub, which was excellent for food and close to some shops and coffee shops. the owners were fantastic and friendly.
