This newly refurbished 4-star Manchester Airport hotel is superbly located within the airport complex, and within 20 minutes’ drive of Manchester city centre. We had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel, from November 21st to November 22nd, 2024, and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. We would like to especially highlight the exceptional professionalism and kindness of a staff member from Sri Lanka who was at the reception during our stay. His dedication, attentiveness, and warm demeanor made our visit truly special. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable, and we cannot praise him enough for his outstanding service. During our stay, there was a minor issue with the heating in our room. However, the staff quickly resolved it by providing us with electric heaters, ensuring we remained comfortable throughout our stay. Their prompt response was greatly appreciated. Additionally, we were delighted by the delicious cuisine at the hotel. The meals were of excellent quality, beautifully presented, and truly added to our enjoyment of the stay.

Ideally located on Manchester Airport Grounds, with all Terminals and Train station within walking distance. The room was spacious and cosy, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was spotless clean and the staff members were professional and helpful.

Set in the heart of Manchester International Airport complex, DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport is walkable to each terminal or just a 5 minutes’ drive away. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here due to a flight cancellation so this was a spontaneous booking. Check in easy and staff helpful and tried to speed up the process as much as possible. All rooms very clean and great toiletries provided in refillable containers, good for the environment but also means that you can use as much as you need. Good sized smart TV in the rooms and a coffee machine. Cans of water provided at the side of the bed. Bed was comfortable and there were other seating options in the room. Bathroom had a wonderful shower (although water pressure was a bit low, this is my only grumble). Towels were a good size and soft. Staff in bar and restaurant friendly and helpful. Food amazing for an airport hotel, the pasta was perfectly cooked with a wonderful sauce. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of hot and cold options; tables were clean and staff friendly and helpful. I didn’t get to use the gym but it looked well equipment and clean.

Hotel má výhodnou polohu jen 2 minuty chůze od terminálu 2 a v pěší vzdálenosti od všech terminálů a nádraží na letišti. Na místě je soukromé parkoviště. Great location terminal 2, friendly staff on reception and at the bar , would stay again

Holiday Inn Manchester Airport T2, an IHG Hotel se nachází v destinaci Hale v regionu Greater Manchester a nabízí bar. Dinner was super. Perfectly quiet room, very clean. Thought through practical lighting in the room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location when you have an early flight.

The house was lovely my little girls loved it And what amazing people to deal with I needed to change dates last minute and they still accommodated me Just amazed Thank you so much
