Situated a short drive from central Vitoria, this complex is well located for the road to Bilbao and the airport. It has free Wi-Fi and a pillow menu in all rooms. Room was very comfortable, well appointed and the bathroom was excellent. Plenty of amenities in the room and overall top notch. Bed - very comfy, got plenty of sleep. Breakfast - a great variety of food and very friendly staff who were attentive and made a great coffee.

Located in the residential neighborhood of Lakua and with easy access to the city center, since the tram stop is in front of the hotel and at the exit of the city due to its proximity to the highway. Easy to find, perfect location, very clean and well presented Perfect for a quick in and out overnight stop.

This comfortable, small hotel is located 20 minutes’ walk from the historic centre. It offers a pretty garden, a restaurant with a covered outdoor terrace and free Wi-Fi. Perfect room. I had a back problem but could rest. The bed was good. The room had 3 windows. A desk and plenty of storage. An excellent restaurant a little pricy but lots of places around cheaper. A perfect way to meet with the locals. I love the garden in front to rest and get a drink. I plan to stay there again.

I loved the feeling we received from the receptionist at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful, even with a slight language barrier. My Spanish isn't very good and she explained the instructions in English well. The feeling of a fresh and clean environment when entering the room was apparent. The room was spotless and free of any unpleasant orders, and the size of the room was adequate for the length of our stay (One Night). The water pressure and hot water in the shower were terrific. It's been a while since we've had adequate water pressure and hot water at a hotel in Spain. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs when traveling to Casco Viejo. We could take a Bus/Train/Bike to any place we wanted to visit. In addition, there were parks nearby where we could run/walk.
