This elegant hotel is located directly above Düsseldorf Airport's parking deck P3, and is just 3 km from Messe Düsseldorf Convention Centre. From check-in to check-out, I was greeted and blessed with absolute excellence at all levels. The hotel is seamlessly integrated within the airport complex, thereby being straightforwardly accessible to and from the terminal (either via departure or arrival floors). And all that in absolute silence, with not even the faintest sign of noise from the airport operations. The overall layout and ambiance are refreshingly simple, welcoming and sympathetic, with smooth soothing tones and nicely traditional decor with subtle elements in a relaxing no-frills atmosphere. The staff was outstandingly welcoming, diligent and helpful, especially at the reception, at the evening bar, and at the restaurant. The room was abundantly equipped, spotlessly clean, fresh and comfortable, showing further excellence from management to maintenance and cleaning personnel. All those staff members who were on duty from the evening of May 20th to the late morning of May 21st deserve uttermost praise, having provided a 5-star experience far exceeding the expectations associated to a mid-upper-ranked 4-star accommodation. Having stayed before in a direct competitor at the same airport, I can wholeheartedly recommend Sheraton outright due to the staff, ease of access, cozy comfort and overall quality, even if at a higher price. At Sheraton, you will feel welcome and well taken care of. You find smart, witty, kind, diligent professionals throughout. It may not be the glitzy Sheraton that one finds in some United States and tropical destinations, but frankly I prefer the way it is: a cozy premium business-oriented unit that makes the discerning business professional feel at home away from home, and that is the best luxury one can have. The fruitful and enriching exchanges with bar, restaurant and front-desk professionals surely contributed to that feel. Congratulations to the whole team, and until next time!

The appartement is fully equipped. You can find anything you need including fully equipped kitchen, towels, toiletires, fast internet, fruits, coffe, mini bar and it is very clean. No problem with late check in, very fast access to this separated appartement. Stefan is very friendly and helpful host. He is the best I have ever met. He took us to the Messe by his own car because the weather was very rainy. He offerred us a good restaurant and he helped us by anything we needed. Thank you so much Stefan. I really appreciate your kindness. I would give more than 10 points but unfortunately it is not possible.
