The personal touch was amazing: a handwritten note, bottles of water, fruits, and chocolates awaited me in the room. But what really impressed me was the special attention they provided. They helped me with my luggage and, when they discovered I had a cough, offered me throat lozenges and a delicious honey and lemon tea. Highly recommended! The experience was incredible!
