Located 20 km from downtown Montreal, it offers guests an on-site restaurant, an indoor pool with a hot tub and free Wi-Fi in public areas. 부킹에서 예약후 결제하고 방문했는데 직원은 내가 이미 결제한 사실을 전산상으로 확인할 수 있었는데 카드결제를 하라고 해서 나는 그것이 호텔에서 사용하는 것에 대비한 카드사항을 입력하는 것으로 이해했는데 나중에 카드결제사항을 확인해보니 숙박비를 중복결제한 것이었다. 밤이라서 다음날 아침에 퇴실할때 취소해 준다더니 퇴실할 때는 2-3일 후에 취소된다고 했는데 3일이 지난 지금까지 중복결제된 부분이 취소가 되지 않고 있다. 매리어트와 부킹 고객센터에 담당자에게 모두 연락했지만 누구도 책임지지 않고 있다.

Staff who dealt with me regarding the time we wished to leave our room the next morning was friendly and very accommodating with our request. Enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant although I would recommend a choice of the size of portions, perhaps small or large as I dislike leaving food that will be wasted.

Novotel Montreal Aeroport is a contemporary full-service hotel. It is centrally located in Montreal's West Island with easy access to Fairview Shopping Center and Pierre Trudeau International Airport.... Worth every cent. Very Nice Lady on the reception desk.
