She should answer her phone especially she’s expecting a guest. I called her before we left if she could come and check the house so I can get the refund, but didn’t get a response. Cozy Cove is a very comfortable accommodation and had everything we needed for a few days' stay to visit our son in St. Catharines. Very close walk to cafés and restaurants on St. Paul Street (practically around the corner from the delicious De La Terre bakery!). The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. My husband and I have agreed that this is a no-brainer to book every time we come visit - no need to research other accommodation. This place is excellent value for money!
