Set in Chandannagar, West Bengal region, The Dolphin Palace is located 50 km from Dumdum Metro Station. This 3-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. Despite the location being away from Kolkata (closer to Kalyani, the food at the restaurant is very tasty. It takes some time to be delivered but this is an opportunity to have a casual conversation. They also have cars on hire. We had booked a deluxe room with a request for an extra bed but the room was very small. And when they did not offer a bed but a bedding instead, we expressed our disappointment. The staff despite the late hours of the evening moved us to a three bed room which was exceptional. Very spacious and comfortable.
