Kathy was very helpful and friendly - despite expressing a preference for Collingwood in the AFL. The location was quiet, relaxing, and aesthetically pleasing. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying and greatly appreciated.

The room was very clean and suited what we needed perfectly. Check in and out was very easy, staff were very easy going and friendly.
